Welcome to Cams Estate

Cams Estate is a picturesque and vibrant 220-acre business park on the outskirts of Southern Hampshire, within 1 mile of Junction 11 of the M27 between Southampton and Portsmouth.

Alongside the Fareham Creek SSSI, Cams Estate is set in an award-winning landscaped conservation area within the historic grounds of the 17th Century Cams Hall, a Grade II Listed Building. The restored Cams Hall is now an independently owned business centre and events venue (see www.camshall.com)

Providing over 500 jobs, Cams Estate Business Park is a delightful mix of refurbished historical farm buildings and high-quality modern offices. Adjacent to the business park is a 27-hole golf complex (see www.camshallgolf.co.uk) and our recently opened Fullers Pub and Restaurant, Cams Mill, which is a faithful reconstruction of the historic tidal mill which sat in this location until its demolition in 1922. Built from reclaimed materials using tradional methods, it now offers a range of top quality foods and cask ales (see www.camsmill.co.uk).

There is 150,000 sq. ft. of office space on the estate which is home to a number of leading local and national companies.

With its outstanding digital connectivity due to high bandwidth capability via two on-site internet service providers, Cams Estate Business Park is one of the most outstanding office locations along the M27 corridor, providing a wonderful environment in which to work and relax, with excellent access to the motorway and the wider region.

Business Park Management

Cams Estate is owned and managed by Strand Harbour Securities Ltd who are based on the estate at Heaton House in the walled garden.

We recognise that the businesses based at Cams are generally profit making organisations. Accordingly our aim is to cost effectively maintain the ambience of a modern high bandwidth business hub sympathetic to its conservation area status.
